**Job Description:**

We are seeking skilled Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy machinery to aid in the construction, demolition, or transportation of materials. The ideal candidate will have experience operating equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and dump trucks, while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining equipment in good working condition.

**Responsibilities:**

- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner to complete tasks according to specifications.

- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning.

- Follow project plans, blueprints, and instructions from supervisors to perform tasks accurately.

- Perform routine maintenance on equipment, such as lubricating, cleaning, and minor repairs.

- Adhere to safety regulations and procedures at all times to prevent accidents and injuries.

- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and ensure productivity.

- Monitor equipment operations to detect any malfunctions and report issues to the maintenance team.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including storing equipment properly and disposing of waste materials.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a heavy equipment operator or similar role.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

- Ability to operate various types of heavy equipment, including bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and dump trucks.

- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures for heavy equipment operation.

- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.

- Physical stamina and strength to work in outdoor environments and operate heavy machinery for extended periods.

- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
